Urban schools need policy analysts and leaders who can transform students’ lives, improving opportunities and outcomes. The UEP Program prepares you to become an education change agent who can lead the fight.

Our MAT Program combines intensive coursework, immersive teaching experiences and personalized coaching to prepare students to become culturally responsive, flexible and impactful educators. From its focus on urban schools to its practice-based curriculum, our MAT Program is not like any other program.
