Filip Kaminski earned a B.A. Degree in Economics at Brown University and is now on track to receive an M.A. in Teaching for Mathematics. Coming from a supportive Polish community in New Jersey, he wants to uplift students from all walks of life as a way to re-pay all of the people who have supported him throughout his academic journey. He has always been interested in the ways math explains the world around us and wants to bring that same inquisitiveness to his students in the future. Filip hopes to grow as an educator within the MAT program so that he may create a fun and stable classroom environment where students are empowered to ask questions, discuss with classmates, and make their voices heard.
