Tessa Levenstein (she/her) is pursuing a Master's in the Art of Teaching with a concentration in teaching secondary mathematics. After studying Mathematics, History, and Education Studies at Amherst College, Tessa spent two years teaching in Providence schools. In the 2024-2025 school year, she joined the math department at Achievement First Providence High School where she taught Algebra I and Calculus. Tessa's love of mathematics, deep belief in the power of public education, and enthusiasm for working with young people all motivate her to pursue her master's degree in order to expand and hone her teaching practice.
