Xavier Copeland

Urban Education Policy (UEP)

Biography

Xavier Copeland is an incoming master’s student in Urban Education Policy at Brown University. Originally from Providence, he previously worked at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and the National Student Leadership Conference, where he supported student engagement, leadership development, and higher education programming. Xavier earned his bachelor’s degree from Howard University and is passionate about expanding educational opportunity, strengthening student communities, and advancing equity through education policy and student affairs leadership.


Outside of work and academics, Xavier enjoys photography, movies and TV, trying new restaurants, cooking, traveling, and meeting new people.
