  • International Orientation: TBA - required
  • Graduate Student of Color Orientation: TBA - optional
  • Master's Student Orientation: TBA - required
First Day of Classes 
  • Summer: Tuesday, June 16, 2026
  • Fall: Wednesday, September 9, 2026
  • Spring (MAT): MAT students will begin classes in January in conjunction with local schools (typically January 2)
  • Spring (UEP): Wednesday, January 27, 2027

Note: some of our programs' dates will be different from the university calendar, such as the start of the summer semester and MAT students' return to campus after winter break. Please refer to the information you are given directly from the Education Department if there is a discrepancy.
