Leo Gordon (he/him) is a graduate student at Brown University pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching in the English cohort. Leo loved to read from a young age, checking out dozens of books at a time from the library. As an undergraduate at Brown, he took many literature and writing classes but was ultimately captivated by the theory and practice of equitable and engaging education. After policy research, tutoring local elementary schoolers, and two summers teaching at Generation Teach Providence, Leo is committed to becoming an educator with a special interest in instructing multilingual learners. Outside of school, he loves to play piano, hike, and bike in nature, and play Ultimate Frisbee with the University's men's team, Brownian Motion.
