Mark Buckley (he/him) graduated from Brown University with a double concentration in Education Studies and English. He will continue his education at Brown as part of the MAT program. Mark sees teaching as an intersection of his passions for literature, writing, and collaboration. He is excited to learn from his peers, teachers, and everyone involved with the MAT program.

Mark has years of experience in education-related roles, both as a tutor and a summer program co-teacher. Outside of teaching, he has worked on political campaigns and with activist groups in Providence. During his time as an undergraduate at Brown, he contributed to student publications as a writer and editor. In addition, Mark enjoys hobbies such as playing basketball, gardening, and playing guitar.
