Emily Greenberg graduated with her Bachelor's degree in English and Education from Brown University in 2019. She taught fourth grade in Nampa, Idaho where she became especially curious about how teacher education programs often recreate systems of violence and how teacher training can be a disruptive and liberatory practice. She currently lives in Providence, Rhode Island, and works in higher education administration. Outside of work, Emily is writing two novels for children inspired by her visions of education beyond the traditional classroom. In her spare time, you can find Emily knitting sweaters, sewing quilts, and reading with her cat.
